New: La Bigoud’ic, the baguette with the good taste of buckwheat
2021 is an important year for the Minoterie du Bocage! To mark the occasion, we wanted to create a new baguette emblematic of our territory and our mill. : La Bigoud’ic.
Between the end of the expansion and modernization work and the organization of the inauguration in September, our teams (bakers, quality, marketing, trade, etc.) found the time to work on a new product while flavor and originality!
